Named after my daughter, Savannah, SAVI is especially meaningful to me. It represents the kind of care I want to provide: genuine, intentional, and rooted in connection.

About the owner
Kylie Buchholz DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Born and raised in Bismarck, I began my career as a registered nurse on the cardiac unit before earning my Doctor of Nursing Practice and becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner through the University of Mary.
For the past 5.5 years, I’ve worked in oral and maxillofacial surgery while also providing aesthetic and dermatologic care. My past experience has given me an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy that is foundational to the way I practice today.
Through years of hands-on experience and continued advanced training in aesthetics and dermatology, I’ve developed an approach that is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and individualized to each patient. At SAVI, my goal is simple: to provide experienced care that helps you feel comfortable, confident, and truly cared for.
